Policy Details
- All sales are final. Once a book has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- No returns or cancellations will be accepted after the order has been placed.
- Damaged books: If you receive a book that is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same book.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged book.
- Exchanges are subject to verification and availability of the replacement book.
- Books damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, or use by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.
- Return shipping: For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- How to request: Customers should provide the order number, book details, photographs of damaged defective or incorrect order.
Courier Delivery Terms
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the recipient/doctor is unavailable or the delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases, additional courier charges will apply for re-dispatching the parcel, and these charges will be payable by the customer.
